In the motorsports world we tend to count on everything mechanical for an advantage, gear selection, chassis set-up, tire pressure, jetting/ tuning of the engine, etc. While these factors are all very important, why do most drivers/ teams lose focus on the one major component that controls all of these? Your Body.
Lack of proper nutrition & conditioning will transfer to major frustration for tuners & drivers alike. As you become fatigued your consistency will inevitably fade wasting valuable
track time.
Seat time, without physical conditioning and a properly fueled body, is very expensive & frustrating for everyone involved.
Winning Nutrition incrementally provides sport-specific, basic, “non bulking” exercises for the driver to perform daily. These exercises will change throughout the 12-week program and should be used throughout your racing career for maximum performance.
The most important component to Winning Nutrition is the meal plan designed specifically for the driver.
How do we do this?
Winning Nutrition will base your food intake on two things: first, your workload and second, your Oxidative Rate. Your Oxidative Rate is basically how your specific body converts food to fuel.
No we don’t need a blood sample! We simply determine your Oxidative Rate, within an 80% to 90% range of accuracy, based upon how you answer some specific questions, designed by a group of doctors, to give us a benchmark to get started.
Once our technicians know your Oxidative rate: “slow”, “medium”, or “fast”, we can design a personal meal plan that will provide you with optimum energy for your unique body and compliment your exercise routine so that everything works in harmony!
This program is designed to build the athlete that is inside you and take your strength & endurance to its peak, with reserves!
